¹ 2025 ILS Members: please log in to your https://lipidomicssociety.org profile. If you have an active membership for 2025, you should see a blue sign with your conference discount code below.
² Students must provide a scanned copy of a valid student ID upon registration.

The registration fee includes:

Welcome Reception and Poster session
Coffee breaks and lunches
Access to Sponsor Exhibition area
Conference materials

For the conference dinner participation we kindly ask for an additional fee of 50€.

Participation in selected workshops on Sunday may require an additional fee of 30€.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests for refund must be sent to contact@lipidomics.at on or before August 15th. After August 15th, there will be no refunds.

Best Presentation and Best Poster Awards for Young Scientists

We are happy to announce Lipotype sponsoring a best presentation and a best poster award for the Lipidomics Forum 2025.

The winners will be announced on Friday at the closing session after the last keynote.

Travel Cost Support for Doctoral Student Members of the DGMS

Travel cost support for doctoral student members of the German Society for Mass Spectrometry (DGMS) might be available again. Details will be announced. We are thankful for the continuous support by the DGMS for young scientists. Applications are submitted via the member section of the DGMS webpage and must be made no later than June 30th, 2025.
