Profiling the metabolic fates of dairy lipids in health and disease
Christer S. Ejsing is a Danish biochemist and associate professor at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU). He obtained his PhD in 2007 at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics. Since 2017, he has also been a research group leader at EMBL in Heidelberg. His research focuses on mass spectrometry-based lipidomics technologies and their integration with proteomics. Ejsing has developed innovative methods for analyzing lipids and their role in metabolism. His work has led to significant advancements in cell biology. He has published numerous articles in renowned scientific journals.
