Schebb has been the head of the Chair of Food Chemistry at Bergische Universit\u00e4t Wuppertal since 2014. From 2011 to 2017, he led a research group at the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover. Between 2009 and 2011, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of California in the group of Prof. Dr. B. Hammock. He completed his PhD at the University of M\u00fcnster from 2006 to 2009 at the Institute of Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry under Prof. Dr. U. Karst. Before that, he studied food chemistry, biochemistry, and toxicology at the universities of M\u00fcnster and Karlsruhe. Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards and scholarships, including the Kurt-T\u00e4ufel Prize in 2015 and the Sanofi-Aventis Prize in 2014.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-testimonial-meta\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-testimonial-meta-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-testimonial-details\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-testimonial-name\">Nils H.
